Friday's Workout
Today was day 3 at the gym, and we were able to go together so the time went so much faster!!!
1 8/9 miles walking and 1/9 mile running in 34 minutes.
Arm/upper body machines.
1 mile cool down walk.
I lost 1 1/2 lbs yesterday!!!! Super excited.
