all highways in and out closed. large railroad bridge downtown collapsed. our entire yard is now underwater and up on the bottom of the foundation across the back. i just came in from digging another trench across the back trying to keep it away from the foundation. submersible pump is completely submersed in the middle of the backyard's lake.
