Autism Awareness Month

East Central Iowa Chapter
First Annual Autism Walk 2008

Please join us at Westdale Mall on Saturday, April 12th, 2008 from 8am to 10:30am as our local ASA Chapter will be hosting a walk during National Autism Awareness Month.

Mitochondrial Disease : Complex I, Complex III, OXPHOS, Mitochondrial Myopathy
Neuro ~ Seizures, overall reduced background waves (cognitively impaired...although I HATE those words), restless leg syndrome
Eyes ~ Nystagmus, Strabismus, Amblyoplia, 1 far/1 near, Delayed Pupil Reactions
Ears ~ Sensorial-Neuroal hearing loss, Funcationally Deaf
GI Tract ~ Esophageal Motilty, Gastric/Intestional Motility, narrow pyloric valve
